National Merchants Association, a global merchant advocacy group and a leader in merchant services, recently hosted the Fire & Ice event, which was held Sunday, Oct. 9, through Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Temecula Creek Inn in Temecula, Calif. The invitation-only event included a golf outing, educational seminars, networking activities, and a product launch for the association’s agent partners.
“As a leader in merchant services, we are taking the initiative to educate and support our agent partners by helping them take advantage of new opportunities in today’s ever-changing payment processing marketplace,” said Heather Petersen, CEO, National Merchants Association.
“To stay at the forefront of our industry, we also introduced three proprietary new products that will help ensure the success of our agent partners and merchant members,” she added.
At the event, the association launched three significant proprietary products:
- TransAction Program, otherwise known as Agent in a Box, an unparalleled agent program that gives agents unmatched tools and support — and even sets guaranteed appointments;
- NMA’s Membership program, a multifaceted merchant tool kit that will help business owners protect their businesses, save money and grow their businesses; and
- Chargeback Control Platform (CCP), designed to intercept inbound disputes before they become chargebacks, saving business owners money and keeping their merchant accounts in good standing.
