‘The Bridge on Third, the newest food venue in Temecula is definitely a hit among visitors and Temecula Valley locals. It offers the best version of traditional English food with a modern flare. All food and sauces coming out of the kitchen is flavorful and made from scratch. Chef Jeff Willett says, “the only thing we don’t make in-house is the ice cream and that’s coming soon”!
The Bridge commemorates the origins of the managing owners, who come from Cambridge, England. We are a modern English Pub with a traditional flare. Mark and Matt Holmes are two brothers that are no strangers to the restaurant and bar industry. Mark has worked with Pechanga Resort and Casino for over 12 years training every food service employee about 5-star customer service. Matt is a well-known local who has worked for over 15 years as fun and professional chain type restaurants. Both are excited about a concept they have been tossing around for years.
The other two partners include Rick Frisby, a 40 year contractor that has transformed this staple location to an incredible family experience that includes a clean new inside environment; thick Astroturf for the kids to play or a adults can enjoy Ring Toss and Corn Hole. Music will be offered regularly. The forth part of this group is Craig Puma, 10-year owner of The Bank – Mexican Restaurant & Bar. Mr. Puma has owned a restaurant at this location for over 4 years. His comments, “there have been many restaurants at this location dating back two decades. There is no better time and no better concept than what this group has brought together. I am proud to a part of this new venture”.
