Wilson Creek Winery is elevating its wine-tasting experience with a new exclusive wine-tasting alcove overlooking the winery and vineyards. “The Upper Room” is now open! “We have always wanted to do something special with the upper level of our wine-tasting room and with the momentum building in wine country, we decided now was the time,” says Bill Wilson, founder and co-owner of Wilson Creek Winery.
The Upper Room features personalized guided tastings of our exclusive reserve wines paired with perfect complimentary bites. The goal is to cater to those yearning to learn more about wine and the winery in a secluded, personalized atmosphere.
“This is a whole new experience in wine tasting,” says Wilson. “We have tables where our guests can sit down and talk with our wine-staff about each wine and each experience will be a unique adventure.”
“Many people love tasting at a bar at wineries, but there is something magical about sitting down, relaxing, really focusing and learning about each wine.” says Mick Wilson – resident Sommelier.
Your own unique experience can last from 60-80 minutes. You will get to taste some library and exclusive wines served in the most prestigious Riedel stemware in the world!
The new year will bring some exciting wine classes in the Upper Room. Look forward to dessert and wine pairings, Temecula wines vs. other appellations and viticulture learning experiences.
