JDS Studios located in Temecula, CA, is one of The Valley’s Premier Facilities for Video Production, Acting, and Theatre. This dynamic studio is home to the non-profit 501(c)(3) JDS Creative Academy, JDS Actors Studio, and award-winning JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc. which not only creates commercial marketing and communication videos, but also produces along with JDS Creative Academy, the TV Program – Spectrum of Innovation TM.
Within their 7,000 sq. ft. multi-use Green Screen production studio and Black Box 100 seat Theater facility off Diaz Rd., Apprentices (students from MSJC), Mentors, Inland Regional Consumers with disabilities, Actors of all ages and Industry Professionals work together to produce quarterly Theater Productions, a Magazine Style News and Information Program for Riverside County Residents – Spectrum of Innovation TM, plus one of the Valley’s Best Haunted Studios, and DigiFest TM An annual 3 Day Conference and Festival celebrating the Digital Arts with participants from around the globe competing for a coveted “Digi Award”.
In addition, JDS Creative Academy offers Visual & Performing Arts Classes that are Calif. Education approved – perfect for home school students, or those looking for professional industry training to build a career pathway opportunity. Beginning the week of August 26th enroll in one of JDS Creative Academy’s Fall Classes – Acting, Musical Theater, Script Writing, Backstage\Production Design, Fashion, Puppet Theater and More! These classes run weekly for 4 months culminating in a December performance open to the public.
For those who want a direct path to Acting and are ready for the Hollywood lights…jump on over to JDS Actors Studio where Directors and Producers create an enriching environment in leadership and collaboration offering actors from Toddlers to Adults, the opportunity to learn from Industry Professionals.
Twice a year, students also participate in an Industry Showcase where they prepare a monologue and scene to present in front of SAG Franchised Agents & Industry Mangers. Many JDS Actors have gone on to successful opportunities in the industry.
Every year, JDS Creative Academy hosts one of the Valley’s biggest Haunted Houses, or in this case…a Haunted Studio. This thrills & chills fundraiser is to help support their scholarship fund for At-Risk and Foster Youth as well as those with financial hardship who need assistance with any enrollment fees.
In the month of October, Community Service High School Students along with Actors from all JDS Programs, design, build and ultimately haunt JDS Studio for those in the community Who Dare to Enter…!
