Oak Grove to Host ‘An Evening Under the Oaks’


Oak Grove Center for Education, Treatment & The Arts is a nonprofit educational and residential center which serves over 200 children at two separate campuses. The Murrieta campus serves as a treatment facility for 76 youth who receive 24-hour residential care and educational services. Additionally, 92 at-risk and special needs students attend the nonpublic school. Oak Grove at the Ranch in Perris, CA is the second campus where 50 students attend the nonpublic school. Oak Grove offers autism services on both campuses. Children and youth are admitted with a variety of psychological, social, emotional, behavioral, medical and neurological problems with concurrent behavioral difficulties, school problems, family dysfunction and alcohol or substance abuse. Many of the children have suffered physical and/or sexual abuse, other traumas or experienced many other social, emotional or behavioral challenges.


“Evening Under the Oaks” is a casual evening affair offering fine dining set under the old oak trees at Oak Grove Center in Murrieta, California. The evening will include a live and silent auction, live entertainment provided by The Brewer Boys, dinner and dancing. 


Dinner options will include delicious menu items from Rustico Ristorante/Pizzeria, Temecula Catering, Smokey Mountain Catering, Barley & Hops Olde World Family Tavern, Ponte Winery, La Cocina Bar & Grill, Decadence Chocolate and Sweet Layers Bakery, and wine from the award-winning, South Coast Winery Resort.


Live and silent auctions will feature a Caldera Spa, entertainment and sporting event tickets, vacation getaways, collector items, sports memorabilia and much more. Proceeds benefit the new gym/multipurpose room at Oak Grove Center. 


The event will take place  Saturday, May 5th at 5:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Center for Treatment, Education & The Arts, 24275 Jefferson Avenue in Murrieta. Individual tickets are $85 per person.
