The Temecula Valley Players will open February 5th with The Addams Family, The Musical written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elise; music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. The premise of the story is Wednesday Addams(Jacquelyn Peterson), the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with sweet, smart Lucas Beineke (Tyler Giles) from a respectable family (Mal & Alice Beineke-Todd Meyer & Kristin Wood) Wednesdays parents have never met Lucas. As if that weren’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams (Johnny Fletcher) must do something he’s never done before: keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia (Erica Marie Weisz). Mix in the irascible Uncle Fester (Travis Lyon), the devious Pugsley (Brennen Winspear) ancient Grandmama (Patti Drew) and of course Lurch (Derrick Spencer) along with the Addams
