Lee DeWyze – Season 9 winner of “American Idol” will headline a benefit concert event Friday, June 5, 2015, at Pala Casino Spa Resort’s Infinity Showroom. This 7:30 pm concert will feature a few of DeWyze’s friends in an effort to raise funds for a good cause.
Joining DeWyze will be “American Idol” alums Blake Lewis (season 6 runner-up), Elliot Yamin (season 5), as well as Didi Benami (season 9 finalist), who will also serve as emcee for the evening.
The concert culminates a day spent on the Pala Mesa resort golf course with a Charity Golf Classic tournament sponsored by Union Bank of Murrieta. Proceeds from the concert and golf outing will benefit Oak Grove Center for Education Treatment & The Arts, a nonprofit 24-hour residential, educational and therapeutic treatment center located in Murrieta.
Oak Grove treats 76 at risk children who live on campus and 90-100 day students who attend its non-public school. Oak Grove also operates a second campus, Oak Grove at the Ranch, in Perris, that serves an additional 50 students from Riverside, Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
Tickets for the concert are just $15, and a limited amount of discounted four-pack tickets are online for just $40. For an intimate experience, there are a limited number (50) of special Meet and Greet tickets available for $55, and includes a meet and greet, photos and autograph session with the artists.
