Jill Eaton has more than fifteen years of leadership experience in the field of public relations, marketing and fund development. She is known by her peers, colleagues, and community leaders as a galvanizing force for community change, and entities consult with her for program development and strong relationship building strategies that lead to results.
Ms. Eaton has developed and overseen the management of community relations and fund development programs for several non-profit organizations, gaming institutions, and Tribes, including the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, LifeStream and Visiting Nurse Association of Southern California.
She has developed and successfully implemented strategic fund development programs for non-profit organizations that have increased philanthropic income by up to 30% within the first two years of execution. Additionally, she developed and implemented the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians’ first comprehensive charitable giving program, where she helped facilitate more than $10 million in charitable grants. As Tribal Communications Director, she created and internal and external communications plans, and overseeing these for the Tribe’s various businesses.
Ms. Eaton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University of San Bernardino. She also holds various certificates in non-profit management and fundraising from University of California at Riverside. An active member in the community, Ms. Eaton serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations in the Inland Empire.
