He began his professional career as the youngest pharmaceutical sales professional hired by Allergan pharmaceuticals upon graduation from Whittier College.

He has inspired thousands of individuals through his inspirational talks, keynotes, webinars, seminars and 1:1 coaching. He has also written two highly acclaimed books: What’s Your Sales Story? Which chronicles his experience of going from nearly getting fired to Sales Person of The Year and his anti-bullying Children’s book, “Your Ugly,” which is designed to help children conquer the effects of verbal bullying through building confidence and self-esteem. As recognition for his achievements of inspiring individuals to pursue their dreams and ambitions, JaMarr was honored to be featured in the film, “Searching for Mentors.”

JaMarr loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, play golf and volunteer his time as a host and co-organizer of the Children’s Book Party; which is a program sponsored by the non-profit organization his father and mother created over 25 years ago; Reading Literacy and Learning.
