Effective Action Consulting LLC (EAC) is proud to announce the addition of Raj Narayanan to its consulting team. Raj brings a wealth of experience and commitment working in and for the community. Raj’s most recent engagement was a five and a half year run as General Manager of the Lake Elsinore Storm where he oversaw significant construction in the ballpark, produced a high-end All-Star Game while maintaining revenue and attendance numbers and enhancing community relations. Prior to that he was an Assistant General Manager and Director of Group Sales and served as a Financial Professional in New Jersey for six years.
“After seeing the results produced by EAC, I was interested in seeing how I can bring my unique experience in leadership, management, sales, marketing and operations to other businesses,” said Narayanan. “My passion for helping business owners better themselves, their businesses and their employees is something I’m eager to share.”
In addition to his previous leadership role at Lake Elsinore Storm, Raj is a member of the Board of Directors of the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce, the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest County, advisory board member of Assistance League of Temecula Valley and is the committee chair of Helping Your Professionals Exceed (HYPE).
Raj officially began with EAC on July 1, 2019. “I’m thrilled to have Raj on the team,” says Jim McLaughlin, co-owner of EAC. “I’ve known him for several years, and his commitment to serving the community is exemplary. I expect to learn as much from him as he’s learned from me…maybe more.”
