Five Ways Exceptional Women Play It Small – and How You Can Play a Bigger Game

A recent Business Insider report shared that women hold only 14% of chief executive officer positions, and 16% of board seats. Further, in 1970, women were paid $0.59 for every dollar men made.  It’s now only $0.77. What can we do? Patti Cotton shares how professional women even at highest levels – corporate decision-makers, heads of state, and other chief executives – can subtly self-sabotage from greater opportunities and results…and what you as a professional woman can do to play a bigger game without paying the price.

This talk is for you especially if…

  • You are sometimes passed by or overlooked when it comes to new personal or professional opportunities.
  • You realize that in order to be recognized and enjoy greater results for your efforts, you need to take responsibility for your success.
