Addressing Frustrations and Obstacles in Business at WPC Meeting

Pamela Voit, President/ CEO of Voit Management founded in 1997, has been a leader in the business community and had an exceptional impact on the audience when she shared openly and candidly at the Women in Business Conference 3 years ago. “Don’t be afraid to walk away,” she encouraged. Pamela Voit has been invited to speak to WPC and share her advice for addressing the frustrations and obstacles we face within business. This will be a career game changer for many of the attendees.

Pamela has always been very active in her community with civic leadership, including three terms as the chairman of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the county Economic Development Corporation. She was able to see firsthand how the impacts of state and local legislation were significant to the quality of life her town. As a result, she became a delegate for the Community Associations California Legislative Action Committee in 2006. Today she is chair of the committee with the recognition of the committee being named Legislative Action Committee of the Year. Pamela was nominated by the Greater Inland Empire Chapter as Volunteer of the Year for her contributions to Community Association Institute’s (CAI) California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) in 2011.
