Terri Delhamer is the founder and president of the commercial real estate coaching and training company Mentor Me In CRE.
Terri Delhamer’s commercial real estate career spans over 32 years, during which she gained experience in most aspects of commercial brokerage including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, senior housing, self-storage and commercial and residential land.
Terri is also a California attorney, Certified Public Accountant and credentialed mediator and former winery owner. But her real love and passion is commercial real estate.
A native of California, Terri graduated from San Diego State University with her accounting degree and from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with her JD. She began her commercial real estate career in 1981 and became a broker in 1990.
