Michelle’s Place is excited to announce the beginning of a Spanish Speaking support group. Beginning Tuesday, January 21st, volunteer Lucy Duran-Dominguez will host Esperanza Para Mujeres, a support group for Spanish speaking women with breast cancer and their families. The group will include opportunities to share, provide educational resources and host guest speakers on various topics related to breast cancer.
The group started several years ago in Riverside and has been very successful. There is a need for this type of group in Temecula and we are thrilled that Lucy and her team of volunteers are willing to facilitate the monthly meetings in Temecula. The group will meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 5-7pm at Michelle’s Place, Breast Cancer Resource Center located at 27645 Jefferson Ave. #117 in Temecula.
