ABWA Changes to Women’s Peer Connection (WPC)

The members of the Temecula Valley Express Network of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) are excited to announce that the group will now be known as the Women’s Peer Connection (WPC). The decision to dissolve the ABWA charter of the Temecula Express Chapter was made by an advisory group. The advisory group found that the higher membership dues and lack of perceived benefits from ABWA was hindering the group’s ability to be effective in the Temecula Valley. They decided to replace it with a new local organization with its own mission statement and agenda that is designed to meet the needs of the women currently in our group and community.

The Women’s Peer Connection (WPC) invites you to attend their next meeting on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 11:30am at Baily’s Old Town Dining on Front Street in Old Town Temecula. Our guest speaker is Tim Beck from The New YOU Academy (www.thenewyouacademy.com). Tim’s topics will include: Changing your beliefs to change your life; Where you grew up matters; How come they don’t hear what I’m saying? It’s all in your head and your destiny.

Lunch is $15 for members, FREE for first time guests, $25 for returning not-yet-members – RSVP not required but appreciated.  For more information please see our website www.womenspeerconnection.com.
