Valley Sizzlers Add Certified Angus Beef All-New Hemet Location Opening Soon

For real steak lovers, the local Sizzler restaurants are now proudly serving Certified Angus premium sirloin steaks, hand-cut fresh daily. By Mother’s Day, they will add fresh Certified Angus New York strip and rib-eye steaks.

BMW Management, owned by Gary and Sally Myers of Temecula, has been the local, independent Sizzler franchisee since 1983. BMW is committed to offering guests the very best steakhouse experience at affordable family prices. The Myers’ tradition of serving the best steaks is why their guests trust and value the consistent quality of Sizzler’s food.

According to Sally Myers, “The Certified Angus label ensures the beef products served at our BMW Management Sizzler restaurants will be superior in taste, tenderness and juiciness.”

Certified Angus is a cut above USDA Prime, Choice and Select. It must pass ten quality standards to meet the brand’s premium name.

“This is a huge step in raising the quality of our steaks,” added Myers. “We’ve always served a high quality, 100% USDA Choice sirloin steak; however, the bar has been raised to the Certified Angus beef standards. Our guests are raving about the flavor and tenderness.”

Gary and Sally are continuing to enhance the Sizzler brand standard with their New Generation Sizzler restaurants. A new, build-to-suit Sizzler in Hemet, located in the WinCo Center off W. Florida Ave. at Myers Street, will open in late spring. A grand opening celebration will occur in early June.

“We were blessed with over 800 applicants for100 new jobs at our April job fair,” Gary Myers said. “These folks are excited to get to work and to be part of the New Generation team.”

The new Hemet staff will engage in a rigorous training program at the Murrieta Sizzler starting in early May.
