Penny Dome, LLC, next door to Temecula City Hall (the building with the copper dome) is offering to lease an Artist Gallery Space, ready to use and ready to display and sell product. This space can also be for a small retail store. There is a work room for the artist to create their works, and be seen creating the work through a window. The artist space has ample cabinets and a sink.
The gallery display area is carpeted, has a private entrance and an alarm. Signage is available, with permission of the landlord, subject to city approval, with the cost for such signage paid by the tenant.
The Artist Gallery Space is being offered on a Gross Lease basis of $1,500 per month, for a 12 month minimum lease period. All utilities, real property taxes, building insurance and exterior building maintenance are included.
