In 1990 Steve Amante moved his family from the San Fernando Valley to Hemet where he began his career in the insurance industry. Hemet was a temporary stop as his ultimate goal was to live in either Murrieta or Temecula. That goal became a reality in 1993 when he moved to Murrieta. He still lives in Murrieta with his wife and daughter. Steve also has a son who attends college at the University of Reno.
Steve is the President & CEO of Amante & Associates Insurance Solutions, Inc. which he founded in 2007. Prior to Amante & Associates, Steve was a Vice President for WellPoint / Anthem and the President & CEO of one of their subsidiary companies.

Business Philosophy
The philosophy and mission statement at Amante & Associates is to Treat our Customers like Family. I believe that it is really much more than business, it is about relationships and friendships. I believe that if you treat your customers as if they were family, then everything else will take of itself. Every business should have a plan and you need to work that plan. People do not plan to fail, they simply fail to plan. Further, your plan should be examined often to make sure that it is still relevant and incorporates changes in your business, market, industry and our economic climate. Finally, I very much believe that you need to have specific, measurable and achievable goals. As you develop these goals you need to move out of your comfort zone and stretch your boundaries. If we remain in our comfort zone we will likely not achieve our desired results.
Goals
Build an insurance practice where our clients feel like they are part of a bigger family. Provide an environment and culture that encourages our employees to realize their professional and personal goals.
