November marks a major company milestone for Inland Management Group, a Temecula-based Hospitality Human Resource Consultancy: twenty years of leadership in the Hospitality and Human Resource industry. Founded by Jan M. Smith in 1995, Inland Management Group serves the Temecula Valley with hospitality operations and human resource management support to the blossoming hospitality industry.
“When I arrived in the Temecula Valley in 1999, there was no human resource consulting support in town, and I immediately connected with the Pechanga Resort and Casino expansion team and provided transitional training to the company’s 1,700 employees in preparation of the resort’s opening,” said Smith.
Inland Management Group has been instrumental in assisting various local start-up and existing organizations as a resource for all issues relating to employee management. The Company has also offered support to the local unemployed, providing workshops and resources through its Begin Again Career Transition Services (BACTS) effort, to help unemployed return to the workforce.
Inland Management Group was recently awarded Sterling Business of the Year by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce.
