Aaron Adams, City Manager – City of Temecula
Aaron Adams began his public service career in 1990 in the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Escondido and the Human Resources Department in Coconino County, Arizona. After an internship with the City of Temecula in 1995, Aaron was hired by the City of San Clemente. In 1996, Aaron returned to Temecula where he has held a number of positions over the past 20 years including Management Analyst, Senior Management Analyst, Executive Director of Community Services, Assistant City Manager, and City Manager. Aaron has been serving as the City Manager for the City of Temecula since 2012.
Randon K. Lane, Mayor – City of Murrieta
As a father of three children, Randon and his wife, Bridget, moved to Murrieta in hopes of finding the perfect place to raise their children. After receiving his college degree, Randon went to work in private industry, working at Fortune 500 companies such as Telecommunications, Inc., Media-One and AT&T. After finding professional success, Randon became interested in the public sector.
In 2006, he served as the Field Representative for California State Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries, gaining valuable experience in constituent services. During this tenure, Randon also volunteered on the Planning Commission, which witnessed one of the greatest population explosions realized by a city — an increase of almost 70%. While the population soared, Randon was a strong advocate of Public Safety first, Economic Development and jobs and maintaining the necessary public infrastructure to ensure Murrieta could grow responsibly. In 2008 Randon was elected to the Murrieta City Council and served as Mayor in 2011. He was re-elected in 2012 and currently serves as the City’s Mayor.
This meeting will be on Thursday, January 7th from 11:15 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. RSVP is a must. The cost to attend the luncheon meeting is $20.00 for members and $25.00 for guests. We meet the first Thursday of every month.
