As President of Velocity6, Victoria Cabot is dedicated to helping organizations simplify, clarify and achieve their vision using EOS®, and expert resources. In her career, she’s held leadership positions in four entrepreneurial start-ups, worked in a multi-generational family business, and launched new divisions for GAP and Burton. Her experiences in growing companies drove her to pursue a Master’s in Executive Leadership from USD. She’s passionate about helping others discover their potential, and enjoys teaching entrepreneurialism at JPCatholic University.
Lois Hall, Founder, Access to Leadership
As founder of Access to Leadership, Lois Hall brings over twenty-five years of independent and corporate business expertise in training, coaching, and management. Her session topics include leadership and management development, performance management, and talent management. She holds an M.A. in Counseling from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Karissa Harrison, Pastor of Family Life & Women’s Ministries, Cornerstone Community Church
Karissa has been leading teams and developing leaders for more than a decade now. After her kids were born, she joined the ranks of successful work-from-home moms as an entrepreneur in the direct sales industry. Within the first year of starting her business, she had replaced her full-time income and worked herself into the top 2% of a global company as the leader of a team of 150 female leaders around the county. Karissa became a sought after guest speaker for company events and was featured in a company-wide training video. Now Karissa is back in the church world leading teams and developing leaders as the Pastor of Family Life at Cornerstone Community Church in Wildomar.
Jan M. Smith, President/Founder, Inland Management Group
For the past twenty years, Jan M. Smith, President and founder of Inland Management Group, has served the hospitality, tourism and service industry, providing professional assistance in the areas of hospitality operations, human resource management, training, and recruitment. Her company was honored as the 2014 Temecula Valley Sterling Business of the Year by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce.
