Dennis Phillips, Enrolled Agent, will be addressing the California Society of Tax Consultants, Temecula Chapter, on Wednesday, December 4th, about communicating with the IRS.
His presentation will cover a variety of issues such as written communication with the IRS, examination tactics, research process, correspondence audits, types of IRS notices, collection case issues, tax levy versus tax lien and many more issues.
Mr. Phillips is retired from the IRS with many years of experience in the Office of Appeals. He received the National Appeals Manager of the Year award in 2002. He is currently an instructor at the University of California, Riverside.
This event will be held at Richie’s Real American Diner, 40651 Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta.
