First Choice Bank (the “Bank”), headquartered in Cerritos, CA. announced today that it has opened a new loan office in Temecula to house its growing SBA Division. The office will be headed by Senior Vice President, Gary Youmans, a 24-year Temecula resident. The Bank is a Preferred SBA Lender, operating throughout the Southern California markets. Mr. Youmans and his team work with all of the SBA main lending products, including SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs.
The Temecula office will be home to five other employees including Vice President, Jason Pena, who will be responsible for commercial lending in the Southwest Riverside Market and surrounding areas. Mr. Pena specializes in loans secured by commercial real estate and construction loans, as well as commercial lending for manufacturers and distributors, providing lines of credit and equipment loans.
The Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert Franko stated that, “the Board and management are excited to bring together a strong SBA department in a central location, combined with the opportunity to lend into the dynamic communities of Southwest Riverside County.”
First Choice Bank is a nine-year old Community bank with total assets of $527.58 million as of June 30, 2014. The Bank earned more than $ 2 million in the first six months of 2014.
