AppleOne Temecula Injects Over $3.5M in Jobs into Local Economy

In 2010, AppleOne Employment Services in Temecula contributed $3,540,293 to the city’s economy by way of jobs. This figure represents 1,271 job seekers placed on Temporary assignments and 83 Direct Hire or full-time hires. According to AppleOne Temecula Branch Manager Lisa Dana, the momentum is continuing to build, which is a great sign for the local economy overall.

Committed to the Temecula Community

AppleOne has been a presence in Temecula long before it became a city. The staff, which includes Paul Villamil, Debra Andriacchi, Karen DiDominic, Kristen Holdren, Thydary Choe and Chelsea Kenton are tenured employees as well as long-time residents. Division Vice President, Gregg Hassler, came aboard 23 years ago when he led the AppleOne’s expansion to the Inland Empire and helmed the opening of the Temecula office. “We’ve been here since day one and we’ve grown with Temecula, out-servicing and outlasting most other local and national employment services in the area.”

Temecula Job Seekers Paying it Forward

Regional Vice President Shane Riley credits the locals for the improving job market. “The community really came together to weather and then recover from the recession. Our AppleOne applicants are great examples—their excellent work ethic, dedication and ability to get the job done are creating job opportunities for more locals by motivating businesses to hire.  Kudos to the Temecula professional community for paying it forward!” said Riley.

Boosting Employer Confidence

“Local companies are starting to see their business pick up and feel ‘safe’ hiring employees on a Temporary-to-Hire basis,” says Villamil.  “In many cases, workers we place perform so well that our client asks to hire them.” AppleOne’s exclusive 5/50 Assurance Plan is also very appealing to smart, strategic employers. “As the ONLY staffing firm to offer a five-year guarantee, we give employers a 50% credit towards a replacement if the position we fill reopens due to termination, resignation or even promotion within those five years.” This unprecedented guarantee is among the many unique solutions that came from AppleOne’s commitment to ‘client for life’ relationships.
