What is VNA California? VNA California is one of the oldest non-profits in Southern California. Founded in 1931, the organization provides professional, in-home nursing care, serving patients, caregivers and families in Riverside, San Bernardino and North San Diego counties.
What services are provided? VNA California services include HOME HEALTH, HOSPICE, and COMMUNITY OUTREACH. VNA provides patients with compassionate, professional in-home nursing, rehabilitative and hospice care in their homes or places of residence.
A major contributor to patient care, VNA California provides a complete continuum of care. HOME HEALTH services address the need for skilled nursing, rehabilitative and therapy services. Palliative Care takes a more stepped-up approach, concentrating on symptoms related to the treatment of chronic conditions. HOSPICE focuses on at-home, end-of-life care with dignity, compassion and participation in the Plan of Care by patients and family members. Community OUTREACH leverages VNA’s expertise and resources in providing support and assistance to anyone who needs information, assistance, and support.
