Grubb & Ellis/WestMar Now WestMar Commercial Brokerage, Inc.

WestMar Commercial Brokerage has announced that as of March 1st the firm no longer is operating as an affiliate of the former Grubb & Ellis Company. Last year, BGC Partners, Inc. acquired assets of Grubb & Ellis Company and combined the acquired firms to form NewMark Grubb Knight Frank.

“After careful thought, serious consideration of our client’s needs, and a thorough evaluation of alternate affiliation opportunities, we have decided to again operate solely as WestMar Commercial Brokerage – a commercial real estate firm with a well-established track record of excellent service and success for over twenty-five years in the Southwestern Riverside marketplace and beyond,” said WestMar Managing Director, Mark Esbensen. WestMar Commercial Brokerage has completed over $745,000,000 in transaction volume and 22,608,000 square-feet of leasing and sales over just the past ten years.

WestMar Commercial Brokerage will continue to operate from offices at 41623 Margarita Road, Suite 100, in Temecula. WestMar Commercial Brokerage will retain its existing management team, the majority of its brokers and support staff.

The WestMar Property Management, Inc. group will continue their existing working relationship and partnership with WestMar Commercial Brokerage by providing third-party property management support and services.
