Equity Management and Realty Services, an Associa company, welcomes two new members to its team. Brandi Scott, vice president of builder development and Melissa Jaffe, director of builder development will be working together to assist in the management of Equity’s growing developer portfolio.

Originally with Associa’s Desert Resort Management, Scott brings more than nine years of community management experience which includes specializing in new developments. She holds the industry designations of CMCA, AMS, and PCAM. Scott has managed several types of developing communities including master-planned communities with over 2,200 homes at build out.
Jaffe brings to Equity Management and Realty Services almost 10 years of project management and development experience in the industry. Her experience includes five years of association and commercial management where she effectively managed large commercial properties and homeowner associations. She has successfully managed several types of master-planned communities, condos, single family homes, and 55+ communities.
