Bob Waysack, CCI, Murrieta resident and business owner of Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection, has been installed as the 2013-2014 President of CREIA, California Real Estate Inspection Association, North County San Diego/Temecula Valley Chapter.
In his new position, Bob will oversee the day-to-day operations of the chapter, promote the purpose and goals of the chapter, and supervise all educational activities. CREIA inspectors are held to the strictest Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and must obtain 30 hours of CREIA approved continuing education each year.
