The California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Inspectors from the North County San Diego/Temecula Valley Chapter took part in a campaign called “Snack for Soldiers” and collected snacks and dessert treats to be sent to active duty marines aboard the USS Harpers Ferry. The campaign was held in conjunction with the Southwest Riverside County Board of Realtors (SRCAR). Several CREIA Inspectors presented the donations, along with signed holiday cards, at the Tuesday, Nov. 19th MLS meeting at the Board of Realtors. Presenting the donations was Bob Waysack, President; Fred Schneider, Treasurer, and Steven Dehlinger. Local real estate Broker, Jan Bates, along with her charity Assist Our Troops, is responsible for shipping the snacks to the Marines for the upcoming Holiday season.
Established in 1976, CREIA is a non-profit trade association, with chapters located throughout the state. CREIA and ASHI are the most reputable professional, non-profit, voluntary certification organizations for home inspectors in California.
